Ginkgo Biloba enhances memory and concentration by increasing blood flow to the brain?

What do you think?

Ginkgo Biloba enhances memory and concentration by increasing blood flow to the brain?
Actually increases blood flow to the extremities -- fingers, toes -- a peripheral vasodilator. It also works well to alleviate bronchospasm and is a circulatory stimulant.

Ginkgo can help with ED caused by heart meds, helps thin the blood, sometimes helps with tinnitus (ears ringing). Can help with headache, low energy, varicose veins, memory, leg cramps -- anything to do with empaired circulation.

All this has been documented and is reported in JAM, Vol. 6, No. 2.

Use to help memory has had results pro and con...so the jury%26#039;s still out. Good effects in some early onset Alzheimer%26#039;s cases. Most younger folks who try it are suffering mostly from stress and I don%26#039;t think it would help in such an instance. Maybe if combined with a stress reliever like Chamomile or Passion Flower.
Reply:Janet S is right, but she didn%26#039;t make it very clear that the head is an extremity. Ginkgo does help with circulation to the brain as well as the fingers and toes.

Since it increases circulation to the head in general, it can help for brain health, ear health, and even eye health. Plus, we%26#039;ve got thousands of customers that take Ginkgo for brain support and memory... most of them report benefits for memory or the general ability to think. I also take it myself and noticed a marked improvement in my long-term memory within a couple weeks. Give it a try and see how it feels!
Reply:both oldtimekid2 and Janet S had given great answers. however, please let me to add that ginkgo is primarily good for our arteries and blood stream or blood circulation. due to this capabilities ginkgo biloba extracts can also protect us from dangerous heart problem or heart attack and from the scary kidney malfunction that can lead some body to the routine and costly dialysis.

Reply:It doesn%26#039;t. The clinical trials have all been negative for that.
